Chicago Tour!

There are loads of events coming up and I am super excited to be travelling, teaching and meeting new and amazing people. The 1st stop for June onwards is a mini tour in Chicago.

I will be teaching a coed seminar in at BJJ LAB in Naperville on Saturday June 30th at 10.30am - 1pm. To book your spot email Mark at: napervillebjj@gmail.com

My next stop will be women's workshop at Serafin BJJ Academy in Evanston on Sunday July 1st at 10am-12pm. I will be showing specific techniques and movements that work better for women. Finally I am teaching a seminar/workshop on Monday evening July 2 at 7.30 - 9.30 pm at ROL Academy in Orland Park. This seminar is Co Ed and I plan to teach spider guard concepts.

Look Back at My Women's Workshop & Seminar at Apex Gym

Thank you to everyone who attended my Women's Workshop and Seminar last weekend, April 7 & 8 at Open Guard at Apex gym in North Carolina. We had a great turnout from both guys and girls and I couldn't have asked for a more motivating, strong group of people!  Also a huge thank you Jennifer Haglebarger Aldo for writing such an inspiring article about her experience over the weekend! Sometimes I forget how much our presence can make an impact on people - good and bad. It is super important to be mindful about our words and actions!

Save the Date!!

The weekend of January 27th & 28th I am excited to announce that Josei Heishi are bringing me out to host a seminar at the World Class Martial Arts Centre in Philadelphia!

On Saturday the 27th of January I will be hosting a Seminar for both Females & Males from 1.30pm - 4.30pm. Then on Sunday 28th of January from 10am - 1pm I am hosting a Females Only Seminar!

Saturday's seminar is $60 and Sunday's is $50 but for all females who would like to attend BOTH seminars there is a discounted rate of $100!

Seminars at Da Firma training Centre & Podcast

On September 16th & 17th I was lucky enough to run a Coed Seminar and a Women's Only Workshop at Da Firma Training Centre in Virginia. It was a great weekend and I'd like to thank everyone who came to the Seminar and workshop! The overall vibe was electric and everyone was there to work hard and have fun!

Quick look back at the Grapplin' Girls Event in Seattle

What an awesome weekend!!

I was lucky enough to be a guest instructor with along side the amazing multiple time world champ and total badass Hannette Staack for the Grapplin' Gals event in Seattle. The weekend was kicked off with my Co Ed Seminar on Friday followed by a Women's Seminar on Saturday where I was able to meet some truly inspiration peeps! 

We were also lucky to be joined by 6 other black belts who show case their skills. It truly was a huge event!

A massive thank you goes to the Grapplin' Gals is the organisation and Sonia Sillan who organised this amazing event!

Seminar tour in Colorado

I'll be doing a series of seminars in Colorado at the end of this month. If you are in or near the area please stop by. I focus on teaching movement and transitioning when on top, spider guard and or course i love my leg locks and toe holds!!!

The first seminar will be a co - ed seminar held at CSBJJ academy in Colorado Springs on Saturday January 28 at 12pm. 

My next seminar will be head at Rocky Mountain JJ. I will be teaching another co ed seminar and this one will be on the Sunday January 29 at 10.30am. 

My Final seminar will be held at Katharo Training Center and it will be a women's only workshop.  This will be held at 3pm on Sunday January 29. Here I will open it up to some Q&A about being a woman in a male dominated sport. 

Up and coming seminars in Boise, Idaho

FOr those peeps in or hear Idaho I will teaching a couple of seminars on November 11 & 12. The seminar on the 11th, a Friday evening will be for the ladies only and the co ed seminar will be held on the Saturday morning. If you are interested in attending please contact jacinth. My Seminar in San Diego

Last weekend I taught a seminar in San Diego. I looooove San Diego with it's laid back vibe and sea breeze. Thank you to Paulete and Michael at The Stronghold who put this seminar together, it was a great opportunity for me to meet some new people. The seminar was a good opportunity for other ladies from other schools to come together, to learn, connect and share information. 

I love how BJJ bring so many people together from all walks of life. One family.
