My Amazing Seminar at Gracie Largo in Florida.

I was honored to teach a seminar at Gracie Largo in Clearwater, Florida a couple of weeks ago. This was an amazing way for me to begin my big trip with a seminar followed by a Lifestyle Camp.

I focused on self defense, framing and then setting up lethal attacks which is so important for the women who learn.

I'll be heading to Delaware Ohio and teaching at Summit Martial Arts Academy May 21 & 22 . I'll be teaching a co ed seminar and a women's workshop. For those in other parts of Ohio, Delaware is quite central so a road trip for a BJJ packed weekend sounds like a great idea!!!
