A recap of my Women's Workshop at North Park JJ
This past weekend I was blessed to teach at North Park JJ in San Diego. I taught a women's workshop and covered very specific situational techniques that women deal with when passing a woman's guard. I love teaching really specific things. It's an opportunity to share techniques that I know are going to work really well right away and help all the amazing women who do BJJ to accelerate their training.
I taught passing the guard when your opponent does a crossover guard recovery. It's all about thinking outside the box. So much fun!
